Eric Hughes – President & CEO
Eric started his first construction company in 1989, and in 2007 he became the Northern California representative for Hill Hiker. Backed by skilled employees and staff, he has built Timberline Builders Inc. to be one of the most successful construction companies in the bay area.

Rich Hughes – General Consultant, Head of Cabinetry Division
Rich has been a licensed Contractor building in Northern California for over 45 years. He was the largest homebuilder in Nevada County in the late 70’s and early 80’s, completing as many as 17 custom homes per year. He also ran a commercial company in the 90’s building concrete tilt-up buildings and several schools in the Sacramento area. His resume includes the building of several hundred custom homes, numerous remodels, and many commercial projects including several restaurants.
A true old world craftsman, Rich lends his high level of experience and expertise as a consultant for Timberline Builders Inc. He also heads the cabinetry division providing full design, construction, and installation of cabinetry and custom woodworking for all of Timberline’s projects. He has proven to be one of our most valuable assets.
Kristina Hughes – Office Manager, IT Coordinator
With the company since 2010, Kristina’s previous experience in executive administration ensures efficient company operations. She holds an Accounting degree and several IT certifications. Responsibilities include maintaining records, company certifications, insurance, and the bookkeeping system which includes purchasing, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Kristina is a dedicated and technically skilled business professional with a versatile administrative skill set, who always provides innovative solutions, systems and process improvements for increased efficiency. Kristina provides top-level support and strong management in all aspects of our daily business.
