This project in Rural Tiburon started out as a 180’ Hill Hiker project. It ended up as one of the largest addition/remodel projects we have done. The waterfront home was in need of many renovations, but the foremost issue was access. The only access to the home was a 500 foot meandering dirt and gravel pathway. The Hill Hiker hillside lift system solved the access issue, and allowed for a much more streamline remodel.
