This Project, located walking distance from downtown Larkspur was built in 1993 and had not been touched since. It was very dark inside and all finished were red and black. We did a total interior/exterior rehabilitation, changing all finishes and moving several walls around to open up the space. Nothing was left untouched. Completed in 8 weeks, the project received great reviews and sold in 1 day.
