Built in the mid 70’s this large home was in poor condition. We did a total renovation inside and out, vaulting ceilings, and reworking the entire floor plan. The home had settled, so the floors were not level in many locations. We left the shell only, and replaced just about everything. The new home is now a modern mid-century gem, with beautiful finishes inside and out and a very comfortable family friendly floor plan. The back deck is 1000 sqft of IPE decking, providing beautiful views of San Francisco and the bay.
