This Tiburon renovation was unique from the beginning. The existing 1500 sqft home was lifted 12’. We poured an 18” matte slab within the old foundation perimeter, built a completely new 1st floor, and the exiting home became the 2nd story. Everything was completely remodeled on the 2nd story. From permit issuance to final inspection, this project was completed in just over 6 months. Located within eyesight of busy Tiburon Boulevard, this project had a lots of attention and gained a lot of notoriety. This is one of our showcase projects we are very proud of.
