This Tiburon home renovation was a very challenging project. The existing home had a very steep driveway up to the garage. The new garage is now at street level, with a large kitchen and family room above. Included in the project was a hidden subterranean wine cellar fully encased in concrete located below the exterior landscape. This home was completely redone, including a custom open beam ceiling, all new radiant heat and teak cabinetry throughout.
